Privacy Policy
Deal Scanner is a local vehicle-comparison extension. It has no accounts, analytics service, crawler, or remote listing database.
Data processed
When you explicitly add a listing to your comparison, the extension saves publicly visible data from that selected listing: its URL and ID, vehicle details, current price, image URLs, and specifications.
Local storage
Selected data is stored only in your browser through chrome.storage.local. It is not sent to the Deal Scanner developer or another service operated by us.
Network requests
The extension does not crawl or monitor Autoplius or Autogidas. When you add a car to your comparison, the extension requests that one selected listing page so the comparison table can show its photos and specifications; no other listing pages are ever requested. Displaying listing photos may request images from Autoplius or Autogidas image servers. All results stay on your device.
Data not collected by us
- No identity, account, email, phone, or payment data.
- No seller contact details.
- No activity outside Autoplius and Autogidas.
- No advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
Your control
Remove individual cars or clear the comparison list at any time. Uninstalling the extension also allows Chrome to remove its local data.

Deal Scanner's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deal Scanner is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by Autoplius or Autogidas.
